Delivery & Installation
ANJU arranges free delivery within Singapore. You can order online; each product page shows how that item is delivered.
Delivery Times
- Furniture delivered by our own team (for example beds, sofas, dressing tables, dining sets and wardrobes): Same-day or next-day delivery in mainland Singapore. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are delivered the following day. We contact you after your order to arrange the delivery time.
- Compact courier items (for example reading pillows, lazy sofa beds, lounge chairs and stools): Next-Day Courier Delivery (order before 2pm, mainland Singapore).
- Larger courier items (for example mirrors, bedside tables, rocking chairs and cat trees): Courier delivery, 2–3 working days.
- Pre-order items: the product page shows the expected dispatch time.
How Delivery Works
- Place your order online. Delivery within Singapore is free, with no delivery charge added at checkout.
- Please check the product size against your room, and the lift, stair, doorway and corridor access for larger furniture.
Installation
Where installation is included, the product page says so. For other items, let us know after ordering if you need installation and we will confirm availability and any charge before scheduling.
Delivery Access
Please make sure the delivery path is clear before the scheduled delivery. For condominiums, offices, and managed buildings, please arrange any required booking, security access, or lift access in advance.
Product Photos and Accessories
Product photos are for reference. Bedding, decor, appliances, and other accessories shown in photos are not included unless they are clearly listed on the product page.
