Shipping Policy Last updated: 31 October 2026 ANJU Home provides free delivery within Singapore. Delivery Areas We currently arrange delivery within Singapore. Delivery Fees Delivery within Singapore is free. No delivery charge is added at checkout. Delivery Timing Each product page shows how that item is delivered: - Furniture delivered by our own team: Same-day or next-day delivery in mainland Singapore. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are delivered the following day. We contact you after your order to arrange the delivery time. - Compact courier items: Next-Day Courier Delivery (order before 2pm, mainland Singapore). - Larger courier items: Courier delivery, 2–3 working days. - Pre-order and made-to-order items: the product page shows the expected delivery time (made-to-order items: 4–6 weeks). See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms. Installation Where installation is included, the product page says so. For other items, let us know after ordering if you need installation and we will confirm availability and any charge before scheduling. Before Delivery Please check: - The product size against your room - Access requirements such as lift access, stairs, doorways, parking or building restrictions If you are unsure, you can chat with us on WhatsApp before or after ordering. Missed Delivery or Failed Delivery Please make sure someone is available to receive the item at the agreed delivery time. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or cannot provide required access, additional delivery fees may apply. Inspection on Delivery Please check the item upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, missing part or delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos so we can assist.
